At the completion of this course, participants will be able to explain the purpose and benefits of incident investigation, describe how to prepare for and conduct an investigation, recognize immediate causes and underlying root causes of incidents, and more.
This course will help ensure that employees understand the concepts and methods for isolating and locking out equipment.
At the completion of this course, participants will be able to understand the legislated requirements for conducting risk assessments, explain what a hazard and a risk is, identify the process for identifying hazards and assessing risks, and more.
