  • Digital Credentials

Your Accomplishments, Digitally Recognized.

Share Your Success, Inspire Your Industry.

Your digital badge is more than just a symbol, it’s a testament to your dedication to growth and excellence in your field. Whether you’re a frontline worker, safety leader, or emerging professional, sharing your achievement encourages a culture of learning and safety throughout BC. You can share your credentials on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Showcasing your professional status with digital credentials highlights your commitment to safer workplaces and aligns with BCMSA’s values of leadership, education, and continuous improvement. These credentials offer a trusted way to share your achievements and demonstrate your dedication to safety excellence and professional growth.

What Are Digital Credentials?

Proudly showcase your BCMSA training achievements and commitment to safety and professional excellence with our digital credentials. Digital credentials — also known as “digital badges” — are secure, verifiable, and easily shareable online. They’re perfect for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media channels. When you complete a certificate program with BCMSA, you’ll receive a digital badge that you can proudly display to your network, peers, and potential employers.

Why It Matters:

  • Enhance your professional image: Make your training and skills visible with a trusted symbol of achievement.
  • Celebrate your accomplishments: Share your badge to highlight your commitment to safety, leadership, and continuous learning.
  • Strengthen industry recognition: As more participants share their credentials, it helps raise awareness of BCMSA programs and the value they bring across BC and beyond.

How To Claim Your Digital Credentials:

When you are awarded a digital credential, you’ll receive an e-mail from the BCMSA’s Client Services Team. Questions? Contact Us!

  • Claim: Click the “Claim” button in the email you received. You’ll be redirected to the Diplomasafe platform, where you can either create a password or log in using your Google or Facebook account.
  • Share: Once you’re logged in, click “Share” and select your preferred social media platform to showcase your achievement.
  • Display: Make your success stand out by adding your credential to LinkedIn or other professional platforms. Simply click “Add to Profile” for a fast, seamless update.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

What is Diplomasafe?
Diplomasafe is the secure digital platform BCMSA uses to issue, store, and share credentials such as diplomas, certificates, and digital badges. It ensures your qualifications are authentic, accessible, and easy to share.

How does Diplomasafe work?
When a training provider (eg., BCMSA) issues your credential, Diplomasafe delivers it directly to your email inbox. From there, you can view, download, and share it at your convenience.

Is there a cost to use Diplomasafe?
No. Diplomasafe is completely free for credential recipients.

How do I access my digital credential?
You’ll receive an email with a unique link. Click the link to view and download your credential. For added convenience, you can also create a Diplomasafe account to manage all your credentials in one place.

Can I print my diploma or certificate?
Yes. You can download a high-quality PDF version suitable for printing and sharing.

I didn’t receive my digital badge or certificate — what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder for an email from Diplomasafe. If you still don’t see it, check in with your manager or supervisor, as they may have received it on your behalf. If it’s still missing, contact our Client Services Team — we’re happy to help ensure we have the correct email address on file.

Can others verify my credential?
Absolutely. Each credential includes a secure verification link that third parties can use to confirm its authenticity.
