Firefighters Mental Health & Wellness Toolkit

This toolkit is designed to support our firefighters to think about and work on their mental health. It provides information on the broad variety of mental health services, systems and supports available, no matter your interest or need. This could include overcoming general workplace stress, building healthy habits, tackling a mental health condition, finding resources, or simply learning more about why mental health matters.

We would like to recognize Kootenay Boundary Regional Fire Rescue’s Firefighter Matt Larmour & Fire Chief Dan Derby for their leadership and commitment to phycological health and safety in the workplace in creating this amazing resource.
