Client Services:
Permanent Part-Time – Two Positions Available
A perfect blend of safety expertise and administrative magic. It’s our people formula at the British Columbia Municipal Safety Association (BCMSA). Our team is growing, and we want you to join us!
Position Summaries:
BCMSA is offering two exciting part-time opportunities:
- Position #1: Client Services – Operations: 28 hours per week
- Position #2: Client Services – COR: 21 hours per week
We are looking for dynamic, team-oriented, and dedicated individuals to join our organization. These positions will work collaboratively with the BCMSA team to support occupational health and safety across BC’s local government sector. Both positions share the same core responsibilities and qualifications, providing administrative and client service support across BCMSA’s programs and operations.
The Client Services Operations position, 28 hours per week, will focus on BCMSA’s general training programs, coordinating course bookings, moderating virtual sessions, scheduling members and instructors, managing data and records, and providing secondary support to the Operations team.
The Client Services COR position, 21 hours per week, will offer dedicated support for the Certificate of Recognition (COR) program, maintaining program records and databases, communicating with certified firms and auditors, and assisting with quality assurance processes. As this role is a member of the Programs & Initiatives Team, training or experience in occupational health and safety is a significant asset.
Together, these roles play a key part in ensuring BCMSA members receive exceptional service, accurate information, and seamless program delivery across the province. While both positions are initially part-time, there is potential for them to transition into full-time roles, depending on organizational needs. BCMSA prides itself on being a supportive and collaborative workplace where employees are valued, and your contributions will make a meaningful impact on our success.
