Judith Trottier- City of Surrey

May 14, 2021/in BOD elections

Judith’s skills, knowledge and abilities and “Big Picture” thinking is a good match for this role; this position will giver her the opportunity to make a positive impactful for all municipal organizations (large and small). As a Safety Professional with the City of Surrey and with over 14 years experience in safety, Judith actively look for leading edge initiatives and welcomes new approaches and innovative thinking.

Judith is dedicated to continuous improvement and recognize all experiences as important learning opportunities and would extend this way of thinking to other municipalities. Judith is very knowledgeable in all aspects of municipal work (Prevention, Claims & Return To Work) and is seen as a straight forward and impartial professional. This role will allow her to use her skills of leadership and influence, to assist other municipalities beyond the City of Surrey through the BCMSA.

BCMSA is seen as a community – a way for all municipalities to come together; BCMSA cares about and contributes to the broader well-being of the Local Government Safety Community.

Judith is an ideal director candidate to be part of helping our local government community partners and be active in developing a responsive balanced solution for all their health and safety needs.
