Course description:
The goal of this course is to improve the comfort and efficiency of the office environment while minimizing the risk for the development of musculoskeletal disorders. Emphasis will be on training workers how to optimize their current workstation while encouraging personal responsibility for health and wellness through the use of effective microbreak strategies.
