Build a Safer Workplace with BCMSA’s FREE Safety Culture Survey

Gain Real Insight into Employees’ Perspectives on Health and Safety

Employees are the heart of your organization’s safety culture. Beyond policies and systems, it’s essential to understand how your workforce perceives safety in their daily work.

What’s Included?

BCMSA, in partnership with The W Group (an independent municipal research firm), offers a FREE Safety Culture Survey for employers in the Local Government Classification Unit (753004).

Why Participate?

  • Assess and improve employee awareness around occupational health and safety,
  • Identify strengths and areas for improvement in your organization’s safety culture,
  • Benchmark results and monitor progress over time.

How It Works:

All survey responses are confidential and independently managed by The W Group.

Tailored to Your Organization:

  • Small Employers: The entire organization’s workforce participates;
  • Medium–Large Employers: The survey can be focused on specific departments for targeted insights.

Survey Duration:

  • Recommended: 2 weeks;
  • Target: 80% response rate to ensure meaningful results.

What You’ll Receive:

  • Secure survey link,
  • Custom QR code for easy access,
  • Final comprehensive report outlining key findings and practical recommendations.
