We recommend sharing the below safety alert within your organizations and focusing on measures that can prevent this type of incident. It will be some time until we know more regarding the specifics of the incident, however in the meantime it’s very important to do all we can to prevent similar incidents from occurring.

To facilitate the conversation, below are additional resources:

Reducing the risk of fires or explosions when spraying flammable products
Diesel trucks, fuel tank vents, refuelling and the risk of flash fires
