Leadership Safety Certificate Program
The Safety Leadership Certificate Program is designed for leaders who want to inspire and sustain a culture of safety within their teams. By taking this program, you’ll gain the skills to engage your team effectively, foster a positive work environment, and achieve safety excellence through collaboration. Learn practical coaching techniques, including the GROW model, and develop the mindset to lead with empathy and values alignment.
The 2-day (16-hour) certificate is made up of 2 courses: Sonar Safety Leadership and Safety Essentials for Leaders.
Note: Training must be completed within three years.
