BCMSA in partnership with Work to Wellness, will be running a series of virtual workshops to help employees manage the Stress related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The initial 8 workshops will be offered at no cost to organizations and will be on a first come first serve basis. Any subsequent sessions will be offered for $300 per workshop. These sessions will be provided in small groups per organization up to 10 people per workshop.

This 70 minute virtual workshop is designed to address the anxiety workers experience due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Changes to how we work, health, worries for our loved ones and ourselves, and uncertainty about the future can make it difficult to focus and feel calm and settled. Employees will learn strategies to manage their stress, and receive practical tools to help them thrive.

Participants must have access to a laptop or desktop computer or a cellphone, and ideally have access to private space.
