It remains the employers’ responsibility to ensure hazard assessments are customized for each organization, and that they are updated as WorkSafeBC Regulations, Guidelines or Policies change.

Endotoxin Exposure Assessment

Thank you to the City of Maple Ridge for sharing the results of the Exposure Assessment completed for the task of cleaning wet wells.  As a result of the assessment for endotoxin exposure, the City of Maple Ridge has included the use of a half mask respirator in the safe work procedure for this task.
