Certificate Programs

BCMSA recognizes that a number of municipal employees have extensive training in the field of health and safety and deserve recognition. We also know that employees and municipalities need guidance in selecting the appropriate training for staff depending on their role within the municipal health and safety program.

There is no need to register! When you have attended any qualifying course for a Program, our learning management system will automatically track your learning record. Once all course requirements, including the elective hours, have been met a certificate will be issued. There is some administrative time needed from the day staff take training to the day that individual course certificates and program certificates are produced.

Note: Training must be completed within three years to achieve these certificates.
